Final 0.4 - The Elf update

FINAL 0.4 - Elf equality
  - added 3 tiers of equipment bonus calculations for staff and robes (ELF)
  - added feedback for elves in battle showing bonus damage/resistance (ELF)
  - Elf bonuses apply to magic attack and defense with a combined cap of 95%
  - added Quest marker on enemies if you need them for a quest
  - updated the spell table sorting and formatting  
  - re-balanced all damage spells
